Neutri

Web Platform / Desktop App

Neutri is an AI-powered shared viewing experience designed to make watching videos and films feel less passive and more meaningful.

Instead of watching alone and scrolling away, Neutri sits beside the viewer, prompting reflection, conversation, and emotional connection during and after watching content.

The project explores how AI can act not as a productivity tool, but as a quiet companion that helps users slow down, notice, and think.

Problem Statement

Watching videos has become a highly passive experience.

People often consume content quickly, move on immediately, and rarely reflect on what they’ve watched. Even when watching something meaningful, there is little space to pause, process emotions, or naturally share thoughts.

Existing platforms prioritize engagement and speed, but overlook reflection and human connection.

The target users for SquadNow are gamers aged 15–30 who enjoy multiplayer games and video content. Many are casual or solo players who struggle to find consistent teammates, or content creators who want a space to share their gameplay highlights. These users value connection, visibility, and a sense of community around the games they love.

Pain Point

Gamers often find it hard to connect with compatible teammates or friends to play with, leading to a lonely and unmotivated gaming experience. While many create gameplay clips or stream, their content is often buried on larger platforms. Existing streaming services lack social features that allow viewers to interact or form truly meaningful connections.

How might we?

How might we help gamers discover teammates, share their gameplay, and build authentic connections, all in one platform? SquadNow offers a video-first experience where players can upload highlights, stream live, and match with others based on gameplay style and preferences. It blends social interaction with content sharing, transforming passive viewing into an active connection.

Problem Solution

SquadNow was built to solve a problem that many gamers face but rarely talk about: playing every day, yet still feeling like it’s hard to find someone to truly play with. You hit an amazing play, but once it’s uploaded to YouTube or Twitch, it disappears into the noise. Live streams might have tons of viewers, but the interaction often feels distant and one-sided.

What I’m creating is a space where you can find people and be found. Whether you're uploading a highlight, streaming your match, or watching others play, SquadNow brings those experiences together. You can discover players based on game style, rank, or even location, whether you're looking to squad up, share your skills, or just explore the community.

I believe gaming is better when it’s shared, not just watched.
